Build strength and increase cardio with this written gym program consisting of exercises with free weights and machines most (all) gyms should have! Designed for the self-motivated individual ready to make the weight room a routine. A little guidance goes a long way. The 3 sessions per week are pretty large so this can easily be split into 6 shorter sessions per week. Your choice!
